"Discussed specific information with the agent, Brent, on the phone. Ended the phone conversation with the agreement that my next payment was 3 months out. Not sure why the agent didn’t call me back when the agreement that we made didn’t go through. It didn’t go through because of a stipulation that he was not aware of. Instead, the office sent me an email which is not the standard way of our communication. They would always text or call , Usually text.
Even after my name appeared probably every day that I Currently owed towards my policy. It was just ignored for me to Have to find out on my own when I logged into Pay the next bill I thought was due, and realized that The agreement that was talked about, never went through.
Had to claw, beg, borrow and steal to try to get my Whole life insurance policy that I’ve had for about 15 years reinstate through the main office which they did because of all of the circumstances of misinformation.
Brent didn’t really seem to care too much about it, and suggested that because I was extremely upset about this that I should probably change my agent and I wasn’t allowed to call him anymore. 🥴"

"My experience with the Brent Nickel State Farm Agency has been excellent. I moved from one state to another into a rental, then built a house and moved into my new house. Jamie at this State Farm agency helped me navigate all of these moves and what I needed to get done immediately to be properly insured when I would call. He was accurate with all of his information and I would say more than timely in implementing the changes needed. Jamie and Brent were both so gracious and kind when helping me - even when I made multiple calls and sent many emails because I was new and a bit unorganized in what I was doing. In addition, Jamie looked at all of my insurance coverage to make sure I had all the correct addresses listed. I am thankful for the Brent Nickel State Farm Agency!"
